You only need a tour if you lack a high-clearance 4WD vehicle. A standard car cannot cross the Fremont River safely.
Most local outfitters pick up guests at hotels in Torrey or Teasdale. Some meet at the Wayne County Visitor Center.
The Cathedral Valley loop does not charge an entrance fee. You will not pay extra park fees for this specific route.
